Art Workshops

For the Mental Health & NDIS Community in Warwick, QLD.

A woman with curly blonde hair stands at a table, holding a watercolor painting, while several people sit around the table in a classroom or art studio setting. Artwork is displayed on the walls and an easel is in the background.

Creativity is more than a hobby – it’s a healing tool.

My art workshops are specially designed to support individuals facing mental health challenges, including:

Person creating watercolor art of a leaf with splattered paint on a white paper.

Chronic illness or pain

Grief or isolation

Neurodivergence

A person with red painted nails and rings is watercolor painting a leaf on white paper, with a color wheel and swatch chart visible nearby.

Anxiety & Depression

PTSD & trauma recovery

Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)

Burnout and stress

Each session offers a welcoming, non-judgemental environment where participants can create at their own pace, supported by someone who truly gets it – I have lived experience and know the courage it takes to show up.

For NDIS Participants

Workshops may be eligible for funding under Core Supports or Capacity Building. I can provide invoices and help you navigate the process. Support workers are welcome. Enquire now.
